The open air bar at Nectar is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail after a day at the beach. Morning, noon and evening our bartenders are eager to shake up a refreshing drink of your choice. In many of our non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, we use a variety of fresh fruits that are native to our area of Costa Rica. Our bar specializes in healthy fruit smoothies, traditional cocktails, and a few special creations of our own. Our wine list offers vintages from around the globe, with plenty of options from South America.

Mojito
Organic spearmint, sugar, and lime muddled with Flor de Caña 5yr dark rum and topped off with club soda

Chopped lime and sugar muddled with Brazilian cachaça

In-house infused red Thai chili vodka with mango and lime
